IRONeX light sheeting was used on the sloping pitched roofs of the Villa of Livia, the consort of the Emperor Augustus. The project, completed in 2013, is in an area of special landscape value, now open to the public after decades of closure. The choice of IRONeX underlines the quality of a natural material whose surface bears witness to the passage of time.
