The project stems from the artistic direction’s desire to create a fusion between the statuary Carrara marble and the industrial finish of the IRONeX metal sheet.
IRONeX, Mode collection, model “Ellen”, has been used for the cladding of various areas of this prestigious company, leader in the logistics business.
To create a visual separation between the entrance area and the operational space, an imposing partition wall was designed, built on a metal structure with an angular plan and double slope, featuring a covering with staggered sheets, tempered laminated glass panels, and vertical slats designed with multidirectional rotations. These slats form a stylized, contemporary “Moucharabieh”.
IRONeX was also used for the furnishings of the meeting room, for the 8-meter-long meeting table with an open-pore marble top, for the presidential tables, the meeting room ceilings, the elevator portal cladding, the reception desk, and the entrance totem. The backlit logo and payoff were made with 10mm thick metal, expressing the metal in all its essence.
Intense and dynamic diagonal and straight lines are prominent throughout the project, creating vanishing points that add rhythm and character to the spaces. Our finish, with vertical bronzing in strong strokes, further enhances and defines this dynamism.
Our IRONeX finish, from the Mode collection, model “Ellen”, is entirely handcrafted with burnishing tecnique. Each sheet is unique due to the handcrafting process, making it one of a kind. The surface veining has anthracite, brown, green, and bronzed hues, the result of our know-how.
The visible fixing was deliberately chosen to further emphasize the industrial character of our metal cladding, “stitched” to measure for the entire project.
